• Monthly Rate: $565.00 plus electric @ $0.13 KWH

All rates listed are for 1 or 2 people. Additional guests (including visitors) 5 yrs and older are an additional $3.00 per day.

Discounts available on the nightly rate for Good Sam Members, Coast to Coast, Active/Retired Military, & First Responders.

Deposits:

Nightly: $25.00
Weekly: $100.00
Monthly: $150.00

Deposits are applied to your fees unless the reservation is cancelled outside cancellation requirements.  

Cancellations/Refunds: (applies if your reservation is fully or partially cancelled)

• No refunds or credits for early departure for any reason.
• Nightly Reservation Cancellations:
  • 15 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee.
  • Less than 15 days, deposit is non-refundable.
• Weekly Reservation Cancellations:
  • 1 week reservation – 15 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Less than 15 days, deposit is non-refundable.
  • 2 or more weeks reservation – 31 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00 per each week of reservation. Less than 31 days, a cancellation fee of $100.00 per each week of reservation.
• Monthly Reservation Cancellations:
  • 31 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00. Less than 31 days, deposit is non-refundable.
  • Deposit is non-refundable if you depart early without providing us with at least a 31 day notice.
• Holiday or Event Reservations:
  • 15 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.
  • Less than 15 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of total reservation.
• Only exception to above guidelines would be for a “named” storm directly in our area AND an evacuation notice issued for our location during the time of your stay.
