We strive to provide a safe, fun, relaxing experience for all our guests. Please help us achieve this by reading and observing the following:

General:

Do not give out gate code to anyone. Let your visitors know that they must check in at the office.

No tarps, clotheslines, or tying anything to our trees

Quiet Time is 10:00pm – 8am

Check-out time is 11:00am

Check-in time is 12pm – 6pm    ***Must make prior arrangements for check-in’s after 6pm***

Campfires:

Only allowed in the designated fire ring in your site or at the community fire pit at the swim beach. Please consider the conditions, if it’s windy, don’t light a fire. Do not leave fires unattended. Assure fire is fully extinguished before leaving it.

Visitors:

All visitors must check in at the office and must display visitors in their vehicle. Do not give the gate code to anyone. Visitors 5 yrs and older will be charged a $3.00 fee.

Pets:

All pets must always be on a leash and under owners’ control. Pick up after pet, even in the wooded areas of the park. Dispose of pet bags in the dumpster only, not allowed in any building trash cans. Failure to pick up after your pet or excessive barking can result in immediate expulsion of the park with no refunds. Pets are not allowed on the swim beach area or in any of the buildings.

Bathhouse:

We take a lot of pride in our clean bathrooms. Please clean up after yourself and let us know if you see an issue. No food, smoking, pets, poop bags, or washing of dishes are allowed.

Parking/Vehicles:

1 RV and max of 2 vehicles per site. All must fully fit within your site, no blocking the road or other sites. Check with the office if you need additional parking space. Guest’s vehicles must also fit within your site, check with office to direct where to park if not. Display car pass in your vehicle.

Washing of Vehicles/RV’s:

Check with office prior to washing. $5.00 charge to wash your RV at your site. Vehicles can be washed at the well at no charge with prior approval.

Fishing:

No license is required. Artificial or worms only. Absolutely no fishing from or around swim beach area or swim platform either from the shore or out in the lake. Please do not fish from any occupied campsites that you have not rented. We would love it if you safely released your fish. However, if you choose to keep them, we do have a limit of 2 bass & 5 bluegill/crappie. Fish remains to be disposed of in a sealed container and put in the dumpster.

Lake Fun:

Swimming, fishing, boating are all encouraged! We rent kayaks, paddleboards, Jon boat (with or without motor), and a peddle boat. We supply life jackets, and all passengers must have one. You can use your own water toys with prior approval from management. They must be washed prior to entering our lake. Electric motors only!

Speed Limit:

10 mph max. Please watch for our many walkers in the park with their dogs and children.

Garbage:

The dumpster is located near the entrance of the park. Bagged household trash only. Boxes must be broken down. We will pick up bagged trash from your site between 9am and 12pm or you can put in the dumpster at any time. Place dog bags in trash bag, do not set out individually. Only set out trash during these hours if you want us to pick it up for you. Please do not leave trash out at your site overnight as we do have a lot of wildlife.

Generators:

Only allowed in the event of the entire park being out of power for an extended period.

Tents:

Not allowed. May be considered on an exception basis, please check with management.

Laundry:

We have a laundry facility located on the left side of the bathhouse. You can get rolls of quarters from our office. No washing of oversized items or pet beds. We do offer a drying rack; clotheslines are not allowed. Please remove your items from the washer/dryer when the cycle is completed.

Sewer Connections:

Connections must be sealed with a proper sewer elbow. We do sell them in the office if you don’t have one.  

Golf Carts:

Personal golf carts are allowed. Drivers must be 18 years of age or older. Must obey park speed limit.

Smoking:

No smoking in any of the park buildings. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

Firewood:

To preserve our beautifully treed park from harmful tree pests and disease, only pre-packaged wood bundles may be brought in. You can also purchase wood from us, and we will be happy to deliver it to your site!

EV Charging:

Our electric pedestals cannot support Electric Vehicle Charging. Using our campsite pedestal for this use could cause significant damage to your vehicle or our park infrastructure. EV charging is strictly prohibited at our park.
